This is a marvelous and truly well-written story, at enough length to do it justice. It could be more descriptive of the girls' breasts, and the great difficulties Lucy would have lugging all that weight around.
I usually object pretty vigorously to blatant violations of the laws of thermodynamics - flesh and bone appearing magically out of nowhere in a few seconds - but this is so well-done and I accept it so readily, I'll limit myself to saying that the girl should be eating voraciously, stuffing herself with all the food she can get her hands on to fuel her milk production.
A related comment - it would do just as well for dramatic purposes and be more effective/realistic if Sarah (and then Lucy) more slowly grew and reached a peak weight of even as little (!) as a hundred pounds for each breast. They would still be immobile, capable of massive milk production, and experiencing all the changes and emotions Sapphire shows so well. Just really human, and more effectively brought to life. Minor commentary on a terrific story. Thank you!
