I'm not sure what the bad ratings are about and I don't want to know either. Good story so far.
Just one inconsistency: on chapter one or two she commands her neighbor to donate all his money and then suicide. It would be at least suspicious for him to do such a thing right before his accidental death. A visit from te police was inevitable. And now on chapter five it was confirmed to be unnecessary, as you say she has a lot of accumulated wealth.
