Another good story from the master of implant-based BE. I thought there could be more description of the actual BE, though. I only gave you a 3 on characters since they are just vague sketches. That's mostly your style, but anyone looking for deep characters won't find them here. I also took a point off on technical because there are quite a few typos and editing mistakes, some of which required me to re-read a line to figure out what you meant.

Overall I enjoyed the story. Her love/fascination with larger breasts was a turn on, would've been nice if the boyfriend/husband was more involved, more sessions of them together rather than just the doctor.
Definitely like to see a sequel with larger implants, or maybe air instead of liquid. More possibilities!
