Aside from a few typos, this story was excellent. The "reality change" really made this story special and fun to read as well. The transformation process was provocative and the characters are interesting, too.

Time for accidental consequences
1. Caroline wishes she didn't have to pump = people feel a compulsion to drink her milk
2. Caroline doesn't want random guys after her milk, so she trys to reverse wish #1, but now only girls want her milk
3. Tom wants more girls like Caroline, so her milk transforms the girls who drink it with the same breast/ass growth.

i love it, i loved all your previous stories as well. shame you didn't wish to continue them :)or am i mistaken? :D
Anyway i think the story needs a wish that can somewhat backlash and create a somewhat unsuspected hot scene. You're best for building up the sexiness without going overboard..too much ;) keep it up!!!

I agree her first wish should make sense, either be absurd because she thinks wishing is absurd, or something like more manageable breasts, (controllable lactation, or lactation activated by arousal, plus easier time dealing with them, maybe perkier ;)
Then she wishes for mpg, because she's hornier now, but his penis can become ABSURD, so she'll always be able to accommodate it perfectly.
Finally, I wish there was some way to work in preg. Maybe they have a happiness wish? It sets them up with a great life, and she is (as part of her secret desire) pregnant with at LEAST 5 kids ;)

Fairly enjoyable read so far, but you should just continue along the story line you've already laid down.  As a previous poster mentioned GTS would ruin it, it hasnt been in the story yet, so why even bring it in.  Just stick to more butt and BE bro.

2. Tom wishes her breasts were EVEN bigger, and the conflicting wishes has her grow to be like 6' tall.

The BE's definitely getting there now. Having people vote on a story seems to have been a GENIUS idea.
Wishes:
1. Caroline wishes her breasts would never cause any sort of inconvenience. This could be interpreted as increased pleasure, huge fancy car and chauffer, and feeling only joy from having her breasts full of milk and being drained of milk.
2. Caroline, out of arousal, wishes she could get filthy rich from selling her milk.
3.  Tom get an idea and builds upon this, making it so that anyone who drinks her milk can have their own wishes as long as it doesn't inconvenience him and Caroline.

Caroline should make a few wished herself for Tom. And perhaps something unexpected happening...

Enjoying it so far. Though I think having her not realize what's happening does take quite a bit of fun out of it. Her having to deal with her new endowments (even if she loves them) is a huge part of the experience imo. So something allowing her to recognize them would be a big help to the story I would think.
Seems like everyone wants GTS, which is a bummer, but I probably can't fight that. Would kind of screw up the story in my mind.
Having her figure out what's going on, and exact some kind of playful revenge in any capacity seems like the logical and most fun direction for things to go. So that gets my vote.

Good quality writing, I would vote for option 3 (two wishes from her, one more from him). It seems like it'd make sense for the mother to be affected somehow as well. I would also love longer nipples (teats?), preg, bigger clit/labia, etc. Maybe her second wish would be that Tom's phallus grew -- and that she could handle however big she wished it to be. Multiple breasts would also be interesting ... but harder to explain as "always having been there."

Love the story, my suggestion would be that she actually had the first wish and made Tom wish all the things upon her.
 If the story was  going to be longer I would say to add the villian who saw what happened at the fountain and was secretly in love with either Tom or Caroline and now had a great idea of how to wreck their relationship. etc etc

One of the better stories to come out recently

A very fun short read, and I really like the interactive portion you have going. Keep up the good work.
MPG seems popular and I think it would go with the story well. Depending on how bold she becomes, it may be something Tom wants more. Not really sure what else I'd like to see, just not a fan or transgender, multiple breasts or bimbo.

Here's what I would do:
1) Caroline wishes her mother would have the same breast conditions as she does. Mom appears at the mall, and yep, she grows.
2) When she realizes what Tom did, she gets the brilliant idea: she wishes Tom were a girl with the same kinds of breasts she has. This is not a cruel choice; she is really enjoying her new sexuality and wants Tom to see how fun it is.
3) The big surprise ending. Tom...or Tommie...really likes his/her new breasts, and wishes that Caroline was a lesbian in love with Tommie, and her mother as well.
It's breasts all around. The happiest ending of all.

Going good so far. I think at this point, Caroline would want Tom to go through some (albeit small) changes, mostly because she's horny. But PLEASE, for love o' Pete, do NOT make her a bimbo/slut. BIGGEST turn-off ever. Nothing wrong with being incredibly horny, but to be too dumb or obsessed to do anything else is not attractive at all.
So some MMG, and a little MPG (perhaps) are in order, I think. As for Caroline, she ought to be aware but forgiving.

Love your writing dude my only issue would be her having confused thoughts is getting old fast. Either have her totally forget or totally know what happened. That being said go with option 3 i want tom to make her a bimbo :D :D :D

The characterization of Caroline in this one was much improved. So was everything else. Which doesn't leave much room for constructive criticism, does it?
For the next story, I would suggest Caroline wishing for something too outrageous or silly(to her)to be possible. Have it work and focus a little on her dealing with two sets of memories.
Then the plot twist: because Tom didn't make the wish, he remembers her always being as her wish made her.
As Tom is wondering why she wished for something that she is already, Caroline makes her second wish to see if she can shock Tom into remembering she didn't always look like this.
Whether this succeeds or not, have Tom simply wish for them to be happy. You may then interpret this however you please.
I would like the wishes to be:

I like that her changes are beyond what would be considered normal, but not physically impossible, so that she king of thinks something is wrong. But, now that she is told that his wishes are changing her, maybe he should make a wish to make it seem to her that all the wishes are really her own real desires before she meets him at the mall.
