I am a fan of Ultra Fake Boobs also! By far the best story I have ever read. The only thing that comes close is your other works. I only wish more authors start using implant based expansion like you do. The expansion parts were the best. I only wish their was one more "in story" expansion with Vanilla at the end. (Perhaps a climactic one? It kind of insinuates that I think.)
