We all had that one teacher in school that we wanted to fuck so it was very relatable. She should have been a biology teacher that way she would know how to make a growth serum better. If I was that guy then after it was over I would have immediately got up and fucked her some more until we were 100 feet tall or I would have asked her to make a lot more of that growth serum for us to drink together.

Nice tense butchering

I thought the story itself was decent, although the precedings to the growth were certainly lacking. numbers and figures work wonders to show details.

I dislike stories that refuse to explain what's going on. You had a few ideas here that seemed unrelated. I'm guessing that the health teacher was flunking him on purpose in order to get him all alone? Should be spelled out at some point. As the other commenter noted, 6'4" is really tall. Other unresolved issues: why would the teacher drink something if she didn't know what it would do, *while* attempting to seduce a student? How did she know he had a serious;y oversized package? There was very little emotion here-- I know that if I was being seduced by a hot high school teacher who was *growing* before my eyes, I'd do more than idly take note of it before having sex with her.
It might be an OK first chapter to a larger story, but as a stand-alone, it falls flat.

The present tense was a little weird, but kudos for keeping it consistent.

Rookie mistakes (this goes for everyone, not just you): know your measurements! Basically, anything that uses a number. For example, the average height for an adult male in the US is roughly 5'9", and only roughly 5% are over 6'2", which means 6'4" exceeds way beyond simply being "fairly tall"... He's probably the tallest person in his school. Little things, though.
