Excellent continuation.  Virtual M, could you point out what areas if any you changed in this "revised" version of parts 1 and 2, split off from the September, 2002 combined version?

Actually I only tried to make some paragraphs and corrected some spelling errors. After Mr.HHH suggested that I should learn to make paragraphs I tried to do just that.
BTW thanks for the awesome feedback you gave to Part 6.
Please give the authors feedback, I can not emphasize enough how important it is to them.
