The accent is really distracting, there still hasn't been any growth, and I don't know what the title is supposed to mean. I'm still reading, mostly because the setup here seems interesting, but it's taking a long time to actually pay off anything.
Please give the authors feedback, I can not emphasize enough how important it is to them.
