Thanks for your comments, appreciate the feedback! Not to everyone's tastes, I suppose, but hopefully another story will be more to your liking. I do craft these stories meticulously but they weren't specifically written for BE elements, as I mentioned in the synopses.

I open the zip. There is a pdf. Cold, unfeeling. I read the files, the paragraphs all similarlysized. Clean. Proportionate sentences, perfectly average. Nothing out of place.
Voss. That name, again and again. The calling card of this generation of LLMs. It echos through the stories, like a strained metaphor generated by statistical happenstance.
The terse sentences. The copious verbiage combined with a lack of specificity. The story is bad, and also slop.
Please give the authors feedback, I can not emphasize enough how important it is to them.
