This reads more like an abstract series of events, without much flesh to it. There's 6 years covered in a few pages, and not much described on what the protagonist actually do with the changes. Just short I love it descriptions rather than getting into why they love it or what about it that they love. There's potential for some steamy scenes, but the story just glosses over most of that.
