I really enjoyed it, though it felt like it ended pretty abruptly, and I wish there was some more elaboration on her figuring out her new life and enjoying her fantasies

Fantastic, really excellent. Only quibble is that all of the growth is implied, as opposed to onscreen, but everything else about the descriptions of Jen's massive new tits is incredible.

Well this story was a surprise treat! It is so incredibly wellwritten. I always enjoy a story that highlights the true struggle that such oversized endowments would cause, and this pushed very single button in the best way. Is this a oneoff, or is there a chance for more?
