Hmmm, this chapter was definitely a miss for me. I understand that the development in the story will potentially help drive future plot but I'm not sure it needed it. There was not much in terms of actual transformation or BE besides the beginning a little and what was there wasn't terribly exciting. I hope that chapter 5 is able to cash in on the setup this one created but so far chapters 13 are far superior and my favorite was 2. Keep at it. Seriously chapters 13 are some of the best I've ever read on here.
