I think there's something here. I'm a little concerned about the supposed plagarism mentioned in the review for one of your other stories, but this one was pretty solid. The 2nd person narrative is what earns the 3 for me for Technical quality. The BE description wasn't exactly clear, seemed like it was sort of alluded to and all of a sudden they're head sized. And I felt like it was a tease to talk about a fertility idol and not have any AG or hourglass. But barring all that, the story and action were really hot, so I hope you keep writing.
Please give the authors feedback, I can not emphasize enough how important it is to them.
