The idea is good overall. However, I'd spend a lot less time on unnecessary descriptions of all the foods etc., and a lot more time on BE. Also, the payoff is just WAY too little. Going from C to DD in the course of the entire story gives the reader an unsatisfied feeling that they read so much for so little.
Describe the overflowing of bras, add a LOT more BE and trim the unnecessary fat of all the descriptions.
Having said that, the potential is there, just need to refine it in my opinion. good luck!
