Ever consider where the heros powers are from cum and they open up an enhancement clinic where his girlfriend receptionists? Thus was a good story, though I felt like Sophia and Portia didn't have a whole lot of personality, with Sophia having slightly more due to being quite unpleasant at the beginning.
I'm seconding another person's comments regarding your descriptions of the growth too, as its more interesting reading about the inconveniences the growth causes, such as weight, balance I read someone on deviantart talking about this and they even said that if large and heavy enough, the boobs could be a sort of antagonist of the series, as more and more people have to help the grower as their heavy tits take over their life.
Someone else mentioned you wanted ideas, and mentioned unaware growth, and I'd second that, but my favorite style of that story is where someone other than the grower is causing it. The idea of someone forcing me to grow, my not realizing that someone is causing my tits to grow, and them slowly taking over my life really gets me going.

Similar to the meme I've got a new anime plot, overall very nice. My only gripes are that some of the characters besides Martin could use more development, and that towards the end when the situation got out of hand to the sizes justifying the WOW tag, that a lot of the sizes were expressed in milestone measurements. Size could be described in something more than numbers, or conveyed in other ways such as describing the impact the expansion is having on the surrounding area Pushingcrushing objects, for example
