Possibly my favorite story so far. With such an interesting method of growth, I wish you went a little slower with it. Focusing on her choosing to be uncomfortable in order to keep getting bigger could have been a more important part to the story. Also, perhaps her CHOOSING the lactation pills after getting the implants might have been an interesting change. I know I shouldn't, but one more pill can't hurt with the knowledge of what she's doing might have been hotter.

As for ideas, which you asked for in a previous story. I've always been a fan of the unaware style story, Noble Sword's Time Machine being one of the greatest of all time. The whole world filled with amazingly busty women and only the protagonist is aware... ah the dream.
