Loved it. MC is great, almost like Casablanca's Rick. Needs more BE, but that's what further chapters can fix.

The story is technically fine.
On the other hand, there's very little BE, and I completely hate the main character.
Please write main characters who aren't regressive douchecanoes. I spent the entire time reading distracted by the fact that I completely hated the main character.
