This story was an absolute joy to read. I'm really fascinated by the complications and side effects you're building up here. Like I get a sense that things are going to get more complicated, intricate or somehow go wrong.
Definitely looking forward to part 2.
I only dinged you a point on the BE description because you just don't mention the breasts enough. Since this is a pregnancy story too, maybe include just some more descriptions of how the boobs and belly look and how they feel. Something more than just they felt great. But how the skin yields to touch from fingertips or how much skin bulges over waistbands, bra cups, fingers, hands. etc.
