I really like the theme of a woman being subjected to different desires, and your way to it using the Eye is a pleasant idea.
My personal preferences would involve a bit more description of th changes, let her stumble around with them a bit longer, and Bimboisation isnt my thing.
All in all it was still a very enjoying read!
