Mei Htasume is a genius inventor that makes gadgets to help heroes do their job, but something goes wrong and one of her gadgets has some very very good results.

Still leave a bit to be desired content wise, my advice is slow down in how the presentation of how the expansion is occurring in the tale. With how fast you made it sound, even if it was part of the plot item's effect needs to be a bit more drawn out to be more effective.
