1 point off, only, from perfect. I agree with the comment that more vivid breast descriptions than cup size would help immensely. Extra points awarded for recognizing how heavy her breasts are and how much they sag.
Suggestion request keep saying, as was mentioned in chapter 1, all the stretchmarks she has from her growth, and describe her stretchmarks. And emphasize how difficult painful it is for her to try to run, or even walk, with twenty pounds of tit even in a doublewired bra.
Gotta fix if she gained four pounds is two days ... she's starving to death, and eating ravenously, to fuel that tremendous growth. And her skin is taut, stretched uncomfortably painfully, and REALLY stretchmarked now.

This has been an amazing story my only comment is that you're lacking more imagery describing her breasts before and after growth spurts avoid bra sizing and stick with body comparators. Big as her head, overflows hands, areolas the size of plates, etc.
