A wonderful concept, taking the fetish and combining it with the corruption of the soul, and a wonderful open ending. The biggest complaint is the lack of quotation marks. It's still not too hard to figure out the dialogue, but you really should use quotations when someone is talking. Otherwise, a good short story.
