I'm sorry to be so cruel with this review, but I've read blurbs with more description.
The author needs to concentrate on including more detail, expanding (no pun) on the story and trying to make it deeper for the reader.
There is very little reaction. It gives the impression of plastic people in the story that don't move more than the occasional mention.

So subpar it really wasn't worth reading.
Please give the authors feedback, I can not emphasize enough how important it is to them.
