D, the author used an archive format called .b1, so you have to extract it. I recommend googling '.b1 online extract' so you can do it without installing anything.
However, to be honest, you aren't missing much by not being able to read this story. I can't relate to the main characters, and the description of the growth or breasts just doesn't do anything for me.
