What an unbelievably focused, concise, and mesmerizing character-driven erotica. Every little piece is all to serve Karen - there is no world creation here, there are no characters more fleshed out than is absolutely necessary, it all just points to karen, and this reader was blown away by the controlled chaos that you let loose with Karen. 
Structure, BE 5/5
It follows the classic fetish fiction structure of focusing on a fetish, building it up steadily and in evolving ways before the sexual eruption at the end, and to great effect. I like that while you do mention other parts of her fill out and her sexual lust is reaching out of this world proportions, the focus sticks to the theme, which is the BE.
Technical quality 5/5:
Both in terms of readability and clinical errors, I found everything to my satisfaction. I didnt see so much as a typo. Everything flows very nicely.
Overall enjoyment, hotness 5/5:
Despite my fixation to ass expansion and preggo, I found this to be supremely relevant to my tastes. Karen remains womanly and human throughout the story, and for once the nymphoization theme is used as an undertone rather than a main plot point. This set it apart for me from most of the trashier stories I've read that while occasionally well-written, generally fall under the same bill pratt wannabe class. Exceptionally hot and classy work, without being remotely overbearing - a fine line to tread.
Great work! This is the stuff the hottest erotica is made of. If I were to offer advice I would say for future works either try to capitalize on your character abilities or explore other areas and tinker with world creation and character ensembles. 

Awesome!  One of the few stories that I felt compelled to comment.  Incredible descriptions and steadily building excitement and intensity.  Very believable characterizations, which says a lot in this medium.  Also, a very short, quick read, a skill that I would like to master myself!  Great work.

I liked this alot, you should write more. You should also finish your lemons/tea college girl BE too while you are at it *cough cough wink wink*. I also have a personal preference over the prostitution thing but the works too good for that to even detract your scoring.

Some excellent work here. A personal criticism is over how she ends up becoming a prostitute, but that's a matter of personal taste, and hardly detracts from the subject matter.
