I hate to give a negative review, but this isn't really a story so much as...well, a bare outline of a setting, I guess.  If you work on this more it could be really good, though; please just try to finish stuff first :)

Sorry Mommy ignored you while you were growing up. Maybe you should take up a new hobby, like inviting children over to your trailer.

Plots are overrated anyways.
Reason for score:
3: I read it, didn't hate it, but there was no substance to it, Like buying Vanilla Chocolate-chip Ice-cream and not getting any chocolate chips. (lames analogy ever).
2: Your descriptions were coherent but beyond stating an object to compare the size to there was nothing to work with. Even story's with plot and length to them often fall short in this area.
1: What characters?
3: You can write in coherent English which is was saved you from a 1 but since this is your first offense and nobody was hurt I'm going to let it slide. Stories written in bad broken English hurt my brain to read, so point to you sir. 

I couldn't rate this all 1's since it's not offensively bad, just misplaced. Like others say, the forums provide a more casual atmosphere where you'll get better feedback and maybe some more development of your ideas.

Since you're not invested in the quality of the work that you posted, my comments are directed at anyone considering this as a template for a future story. Three aspects of the scenario described have major problems that keep them in the world of inexplicable fantasy. One problem is the transition of the 18th birthday that heralds the fantasy transformation. How? The 18th birthday is an arbitrary benchmark maintained in western legal systems. It has little basis in biology, which creates a problem for anyone trying to implement it in a story. There has to be a reason for it to happen at that time and so abruptly. Possibilities include amending the story so that the changes occur slowly over at the apex of adolescence, or through a STD, or through a compulsory government program that links to the age of consent. The second problem has to do with the story's ignorance of basic economics. If half of the population is producing milk in prodigious quantities, the supply appears endless, and the story offers no explanation as to why milk would remain scarce. If milk is a precious resource, and it would have to be if people could sell it for lots of money, then there must be a critical enterprise that consumes that enormous supply. What can the milk be used for besides amplifying the fethishized bodies? The last problem focuses on decreased fertility. This is what Eddie Izzard would call a crowbar plot move, a statement inserted into a story to keep the action from getting out of control. I don't know how to explain such a phenomenon, nor do I think the sexes should be any less fertile in a story that uses this writer's scenario. Why should pregnancy be less frequent? Such a story would alienate the reader who has a pregnancy fetish. I gave a 3 on overall enjoyment to encourage other people to upload half-baked manuscripts. But in reality, the content of this upload is craptacular.

Unfinished story ideas are more than welcome on the forums- This is the area for stories that were outlined, fleshed out, edited, and shipped for revenue.

I hate to rate it like this, but it's not a story? When you said "no plot" I didn't realize how literal you were. If all you want to do is suggest a setting or theme then you probably should head on over to the forums. I just feel to upload this as a story download is unnecessary.
