One of the best preggo/lacto stories I've ever read. Hit all the right notes, pushed all the right buttons. In sync with some of my fantasies. A few dings on grammar though but overall, boing!

I do like multiple pregnancy with my BE stories so this scores highly. The plot is interesting as are the characters.

At the beginning you stressed how well Alex took care of her body, but then casually mentioned how lazy she was, later. This seemed a bit contradictory to me.
Other than that, there was nothing wrong with this story. You focused on the pregnancy and the eating, whereas I prefer the BE and feeling of fullness after eating, but to each his own. If you do emphasize the BE and fullness in future stories, I would appreciate it, for one.

Nice story. It seemed a little flat with having the nurse becoming as large as our heroine, but it went well with the rest of the plot.
Cant find anything glaring wrong with the grammar, so a nice thumbs up to you for your story ;)
