(Book One in a series of at least two.) In a small mountain town laden with urban myth, Keiji Itoh has been missing for several weeks. [Warning of a bloody ending.]
Well written and easier to read this time around, unfortunately the ending detracted big time in my eyes from the rest of the story.
Nice story, a lot of promise in it right until the end which seems somewhat rushed and rather disapointing.
I wish I could open the file...
Yuk.
I liked the story. Ending was interesting :) Can't wait for part 2.
Well written. I Liked it.nice job! b(^_^)d
Unfortunately, this story contains too many elements that just plain squick me: vampirism, brutality, and the whole hentai trip, with improbably blonde Japanese girls and a rather bizarre mix of Western and Japanese cultures. The ending is extremely gruesome, not at all what I look for in a BE story. There are some definite stylistic quirks. In particular, the author seems not to understand English contractions, so that words like ‘don’t’ and ‘couldn’t’ undergo some peculiar transformations. Once or twice he makes an attempt at poetic phrasing, which, though good in itself, clashes with the quiet, understated tone of the rest of the story. Just not my cup of sake at all, I’m afraid.
Apparently I suck and need to die. :D
I normally don't like erotic horror one bit, but the seduction of the main character and the unusual setting made this one much more appealing. Although there seemed to be a lot more going on with the main character than was strictly necessary for the plot. Maybe if there's a sequel, some of these seemingly throwaway sections will be tied up. The ending was very un-erotic, but there was more than enough in the middle to be effective in that sense. Good work and keep working!
Pretty much the same comments as Nobody. I didn't actually find it all that bad after a second reading, certainly not as bad as some people have said it is. I didn't find it so much gory and edgy. So, there's not a lot of suicides in BE stories.. so what? It's always time for something new!
I thought is was a fine story, and that the gore did not detract. There was plenty of heat spread throughout the piece, and the ending does not change that.
not erotic at all.
East vs. West?
Nobody says it best (god that sounds stupid)
It was one story that didn't suck and actually led me to read the entire thing. Very well written (aside from some akward areas where grammar is a bit mutilated) and the ending didn't detract at all.
Could've used a bit more BE (with some more description), but overall it was a very nice job.
You win the GenericName Seal of Approval. Congrats.
