1) Why is the remote-control story code there? Nobody controls the breast growth. Surely you aren't implying that a doctor selecting a breast implant size for a patient is remote-control.
2) One pair of too-tight D-cup implants is not very arousing.
3) The ending was absolutely horrible. The bloodbath is anticlimactic. Further, there is no payoff on Amy's reaction to the truth of her new size.
