This story is a fantasy, and the mechanism has no limits. The story quickly becomes more surreal and incredible as it goes on. It feels like someone's wet dream--not mine.
Technically, the author expresses him/herself with a disarray of verb tense choices, irritating the reader. Try writing in the past tense, not the present tense. You already wrote the story, so the events are not happening right now.
