I'm sorry, but you are only half right. The plot and characters are non-existant, but your writing style needs serious work as well. It works fine as a chat log, but if you want it as a story its going to need a lot of editing.

I'll give you some credit. It seemed at times like you were narrating a comic strip. Which I can understand (if you are indeed the same Anne Onymous from The Wotch webcomic - which is a pretty damn good comic). But using words to describe things or convey images is an entirely different skill that needs some work. Merci et adieu.

Sorta fun, but abrupt in several ways: started too fast (instant drunk) and ended without resolution or explanation. But it might be the basis for a decent story.
