Impeccable grammar, great description of breast size and growth, and finally a main character that I can get behind. I think my favorite part about this story is that this guy isn't afraid to fuck anyone. No "nobility" complex. Can't wait for more!

As many have already said, the number of characters makes the story a little hard to follow. My other nitpick is that the description of the boobs seems a bit lacking. Only a bit though. Everything else is fantastic. It's definitely an interesting premise, the idea that everyone gets superpowers. I'm excited for part 2.

This is well done. I've been looking for a way to do comic/hero-style superpowers in a story for a while, but couldn't really piece anything together. You did it. The system you came up with works. It has great potential, too, but that comes at the cost of complexity; you're going to have to work to keep complexity down. That includes characters, too. As others have said, you may already be using a few too many characters. I hope there is some muscle growth in there later on; it would be a wasted opportunity if not.

Don't the powers fade over time? Under normal circumstances, their breasts would get smaller, but his abilities keep them larger, longer.

What was nice of course is it was just plain well written for starters. In terms of BE part I seems like mostly just a teaser for part II, not that that is a bad thing.
My only nit-pick is that given how the characters exist in a world with these almost-magical powers, they seem shocking surprised and naïve about their use.
Can't wait for the next part.
