I am the author of this story and want to respond to Xbart's critique. I can only guess that his was a defective download or his doc reader is misbehaving. There are 13 pages, not 4 and there are 13 references to breast, not 2. In the missing pages are ample descriptions of BE.
I'll try an provide and HTML version to avoid problems for anyone.

Image was in the middle of one of the pages? and half of the document was blank then the pages resumed. Had to fix it by hand, overall didn't do much for me, searched for "breast" and had two hits in 4 pages? With almost no description of the BE, just didn't get me off.
