Dr. Frink, local mad scientist tests a new growth drug he calls the Arousa Growth. It's a pill that grows a persons breasts and cocks grow bigger depending on how aroused they get. And who does he test it on but one Bart Simpson? What will Bart do with knowledge of this growth drug?
